Lost in Transit

Highly sought after puzzle, believed to have been issued as a propaganda campaign to encourage greater care with customer's belongings whilst in transit. It is thought that many of these puzzles were destined for the rubbish bin as soon as they were received by the staff, given the accusatory message they contained.
