1939 cardboard puzzle from Waddington's first series of four Circular puzzles, which features the British Air Raid Precautions-A.R.P. organisation at work in a variety of actions scenes, set around a central setting of a bomber-filled sky, some planes illuminated by the ground-based searchlights.
