A scene from the beginning of the 1939 film of ‘The Mikado’. The three little maids from school, Yum-Yum (Jean Colin), Pitti-Sing (Elizabeth Paynter) and Peep-Bo (Kathleen Naylor) are on the right front. Ahead of them is Ko-Ko (Martyn Green). Nanki-Poo (Kenny Baker), the son of the Mikado currently masquerading as a humble musician, who loves Yum-Yum, is coming down the steps of the bandstand.
