Colourful plywood puzzle from a painting by the American artist Newell Convers Wyeth (1882-1945), best known as N.C. Wyeth which was, according to the paper sheet supplied with the puzzle, one of five murals commissioned by the National Geographic Society in 1926.
The jigsaw includes 19 ocean-themed whimsies, or figural pieces.
