Spring Flowers

A superb condition example of c1930's plywood jigsaw puzzle, supplied in a bookshelf style box with smaller scale black & white guide picture, which features a very colourful painting by the popular British artist Alfred de Breanski Jnr.
Although not specified, this puzzle is thought to belong in a so-called Italian Lakes series known to have been made by Chad Valley and having similarly non-specific titles.
The bookshelf-styled box design introduced in 1934, helps to date this puzzle as being from that date onwards.
