Charming little 75 piece solid wooden jigsaw puzzle with four figural shapes, or whimsies, manufactured by the Zig-Zag Puzzle Company but branded for retail in the post office/store of W. Dothie Dobson of Harrogate in North Yorkshire. The price showing on the box end label is 2/- which, for this 75 piece puzzle, agrees with the Zig-Zag puzzle Company's own pricing for 1915 from when this puzzle is estimated to date. The painting is unsigned.
