Fair Reflections

Superb plywood jigsaw puzzle, cut in the interlocking style and with some limited use of gentle colour line-cutting. The tall portrait format nature of the painting helped to make this into a most enjoyable and beautiful puzzle. The painting, whilst unsigned, is thought to be by the prolific London born artist Ernest Walbourn (1872-1927).

Howard Smeeton of HS puzzles cut a very fine quality pair of oval shaped wooden puzzles in 2014 and these included this same Fair Reflections image, along with the very similarly styled "Little Fishes".
