St Bavo Church

This magnificent puzzle from W.G. Evans & Sons-General Machine Woodworkers-features a painting by the English artist Louis Burleigh Bruhl (1861-1942), whose artistry can also be seen in the Tuck's Zag-Zaw puzzle East Gate, Delft, along with this Holtzapffel puzzle from the same print.
The box label seems to read St. Bart Church, but the scene depicted has been researched and is now known to depict the Molen De Adriaan windmill in Haarlem, Netherlands, with St Bavo Church and its characteristic bell tower in the background.
The puzzle is cut in the push-fit, or non-interlocking style and incorporates 21 Whimsies or figural shapes.
Special thanks to Jacques Vélu for another valued addition to the development of the site and for his efforts in researching the scene depicted here.
