Very few examples to call upon for reference, but thought to be Gale & Polden Ltd, publishers based in Aldershot, Hampshire. Whether they made the puzzles is uncertain, but the cutting style is very different to the majority of manufacturers of the time, so maybe they were indeed made by the Company.
