Marigold

Another stunning example of the workmanship of this top-class London-based manufacturer, featuring an intricately outline and colour line-cut plywood-mounted print, thought likely to have originated as a theatrical poster promoting the Scottish comedy play of the same name, which first appeared in London in April 1927, evidently going on to become the BBC's first stage play in 1936.
It was fiendishly difficult to complete, but the finished article was suitably spectacular.
