07. Hub of the British Empire, The: Feeding the Pigeons in Trafalgar Square

Number 7 from the South African Series, once again from a painting by Charles Eddowes Turner.
South Africa House was built in the mid 1930's on the site of Morley's Hotel, which occupied the whole Eastern side of Trafalgar Square. Rather interestingly, this puzzle appears to show the façade of the Hotel, rather than that of South Africa House itself, perhaps indicating that the painting pre-dates its construction, with C.E. Turner applying his own artistic interpretation of how the scene might look, by painting in the names on the hotel frontage.
