L.P. Co. Ltd. London

L.P. Co., probably refers to the London company Lansdowne Production Co., who published postcards in the early-mid part of the 20th century.
It seems likely that jigsaw puzzles were a secondary line, almost certainly made elsewhere, possibly by one of the better known manufacturers of the era.
