Library Puzzles

With the boom in puzzle production in the early to mid 20th Century, from both professional manufacturing Company's and smaller amateur/cottage industry producers, came the advent of Jigsaw puzzle lending libraries.
So many existed that it will probably never be possible to fully catalogue them, let alone the puzzles they held but nonetheless, as they included some of the finest puzzles ever produced, they form a very important part of jigsaw puzzle history. I hope that over time this album can grow to include as many as possible of these superb jigsaws.
