Pedley, Eric

Many of Eric Pedley's superb wooden jigsaw puzzles were commissioned by the British Jigsaw Puzzle Library, but his extraordinary talent and flair for the unusual have influenced me to create his own dedicated album to showcase some examples of his work.

He clearly paid great attention to each image before setting about his work, often incorporating extraordinary cutting patterns and styles to further illustrate the subject of the artwork. The majority have an interlocking edge but, within that border, just about every other conceivable technique may well be applied! Quite brilliant.
