Set of three 49 piece interlocking cardboard jigsaw puzzles, hastily purchased following the completion earlier in the day of the puzzle "Species Surveillance".
In this case, the three separate puzzles were found to be all mixed together in the box, but a clever combination of plain, spotted and striped base patterns soon had the task of sorting completed. Whilst targeted at an audience aged 5+, they were very much enjoyed by three generations with a combined age of exactly 100 years!
Mummy (Velociraptor), also joined the contest this time and soon had both Theo and Popa (Pyroraptor) trailing way behind. Popa came in a close second, but overall Theo was adjudged to have been the real winner, gaining much more satisfaction and education from his more measured and considered approach to assembling his "T Rex" versus "Giganotosaurus" puzzle! Great to see that Theo is following in Popa's footsteps in all things jigsaw puzzle and dinosaur related.
In fairness, Daddy did not take part in the competition. He remained at home building our new patio step, a very heavyweight jigsaw puzzle in its own right! Well done Daddy. See image.
