Untitled-Stop at the Inn

Beautiful solid wooden puzzle, featuring the usual V,T&H shaped pieces and lots of very fine colour line-cutting associated with Vera Tassell & Helen Helmore. This particular example has the number 18 written on the back of each piece and also does not have the branded box label which other examples have. These two factors lead me towards a belief that this particular puzzle may have been stock from the lending library which the Maids of Kent are also known to have operated.
