Sleeping Beauty, 550pc Butterfly Cut

A jigsaw by Dreamton introduced in Summer 2024 using a new Butterfly cut, available in two sizes (250pc, 550pc). I don’t know if Sleeping Beauty was Ihor’s design or not, but the joyous, swirling cut with its butterfly whimsies, curling spirals, rotating centres, tendril plants and dropouts certainly was.
Initially he removed more of the cutouts on the lacy edge but later decided to keep them so that people would have a choice. The design was also made double sided (I’m not sure when), with the reverse featuring many gorgeous butterflies set against a black background.

In Autumn 2024 the single-sided design was also made in Acrylic, one of the three acrylic designs issued then (along with Oiled Butterflies and Three Acrylic Butterflies).
