Raistrick & Co., Ltd

Limited production brand of cardboard jigsaw puzzles, probably only for small scale promotional purposes and possibly limited to a series of famous bridges around the world. Certainly my first example, that of the "Tower Bridge, London" puzzle, fits both of these fields, its sales being "in aid of 2nd Castleford Parish Church Brownie Pack".

I have managed to track down another example to the National Library of Australia's collection. Their example features a very similar style, but depicts the Sydney Harbour Bridge and is recorded as being of c1933 origin. Although the envelope is not depicted, they summarise it as "In aid of St. Sampson's Senior Girls' School Fund" and being in a brown manilla envelope.
